(1) Where is my E-Mail, or the E-Mail that confirms I changed my E-mail address?
Answer: Services like Hotmail can treat some emails as Spam, and that includes any E-mail coming from us. In cases like this, looking for an E-mail from School-Made-Cool is the Spam folder should solve the problem.
(2) My username is forbidden. What does this mean?
Answer: It means you or someone else entered the wrong password for your username more than ten times. If you aren't the one behind this, report the incident to personnel@school-made-cool.com, and we will find the IP address of the person doing this to you.
(3) I lost my password. Now what?
Answer: Go to our Login Page and click on Lost Password.
(4) How do I add articles to the webpage?
